Couldn't find a thread on them and I was shocked!

How much do you love them? What is your favorite song? Has anyone been to any shows on their most recent tour? (they are dishing up amazing performances).

i ADORE COLDPLAY!!! I have their two American albums. I have been a fan for three years now. they did a concert in orlando at the beginning of the year. i missed it cause it was the middle of the week and i had school. i was pissed!!! i am such of huge fan of english bands like: radiohead, blur, travis... coldplay is so amazing. it is to hard to pick my favorite song. i remember when i first heard 'yellow', i knew i was in love!!! some of my all time favs by coldplay include: 'high speed', 'daylight', and 'whisper'. aw heck, what am i saying..i love all of their songs!!! and chris martin (lead singer) is so cute!! i think coldplay is so great and i love them!!!:D :D :D :D :D

I must admit, I am really digging Coldplay. My absolute favorite is "Yellow," but I also like a lot of the other songs off that album and I love their newer one, "Clocks."

A lot of substance to their albums...'in my place' is awesome.

LOVE them! I have "Parachutes" and "A Rush of Blood to the Head". Parachutes was good, but on "AROBTTH", you can tell how much they've improved as a band.

Favorite songs: "God Put A Smile Upon Your Face" and "Clocks". I heard a dance remix of "Clocks" recently, and I've been trying to find it ever since.

you guys must have been reading my mind... gosh i was just thinking that if i didn't find a coldplay thread i would scream. i have both U.S. cds and i listen to them back-to-back every single day and night. i just broke up with my bf of three years and moved out our apt. and these cds are my healing anthems. I LOVE COLDPLAY.

it's so bad that yesterday when i got in my car, i hit cd play and nothing played. i panicked b/c i thought someone had broken into my car and stolen my coldplay but my brother told me that he had lent them to a friend. i freaked out and told him off. thankfully they are back in my possession now.

these cds are so cathartic for me. i cry, i laugh, i sing along, i have hope. fav. songs: "shiver," "sparks," "trouble," "in my place." i could go on and on. i can't wait till they come to philly. i'll be right there no matter the cost...

ok i'm gettin off my soapbox right now.... relax, relate, release...

"Sparks" will one day be my wedding song....

I love Coldplay, they are so freaking awesome! I just got their new CD and I LOVE it!

I love the "Scientist" of course and "In my Place"

I love Coldplay too!! The Scientist is my favorite, have you all seen the video? It's really amazing. Their songs are just incredible poetry, they're able to sum up a feeling like no other. And they are so awesome live.

I really like Coldplay too... I love The Scientist. Even Justin Timberlake loves Coldplay... as he said at the VMAs that Coldplay's the greatest band....

everyone at MTV was on coldplay's nuts. i worked with a guy at camp who looked just like the singer :eek: his nickname was coldplay.

and yah the scientist is hot

Colplay is the one band I MUST see live before I die! I adore every song they've written. "Parachutes" was very crucial to me during my break-up with the ex and every song just speaks to me....This song from "AROBTTH" is so beautiful:

God, how could anyone not see that song is about MY BF??? LOL

I am so protective of my adoration for them that I don't even lend anyone my CDs!! They are a minor obsession of mine...

i had to give my coldplay cds to my sister. it was bringing up too many painful memories. :(

I like "Clocks" and "The Scientist". Those songs have really cool beats and the lyrics are awesome. The video for "The Scientist" is rather interesting.
