Diets/Weightloss

What weightloss programs have you all tried? Was it successful?
Anyone had the Gastric Bypass?

What haven't I tried!!! Atkins, weight watcher, grapefruit, cabbage. However, I didn't really lose weight until I started a fitness program combining weight training with some sort of aerobic activity. It's hard work, but you'll see tremendous results if you stick with it.:D

I recently just stopped Weight Watchers. I was tired of paying for it but now I realize that it is a necessary cost. I lost 30 lbs. I'm going back though. It's the best program I've tried so far. I could probably do it on my own since I have all of the materials, but I like the accountability of someone else weighing me every week so I can't cheat with the scale. I still have a ways to go with weightloss, but at least there is something out there realistic to stick to!

I have never dieted a day in my life! 5' 11" 145lbs. But I feel like I can still relate since EVERYONE in my family (5) sisters have to battle on the daily with food. I have seen them do grapefruit diet, slim fast, atkins, weight watchers, ty bo, buns of steel, thigh master, bo flex, dial a meal, etc. It makes ME tired to constantly have to hear about this. My mother was diagnoised with diabetes so once again weight is an issue. It seems relatively simple to me: Become more active, stop eating when you are full.....
Who's next?:)
