Alright, I am sure this gets asked a lot, but....

Why isn't anyone ever in chat? Is it not the cool thing to do? hahaha

There isn't a chat schedule, so it's hard to know when people are around to chat. Also, the chatroom used to be inhabited by Greek Nationals...some of which were incredibly rude. Many people stopped trying to use the chatroom because of it.
Every once in a while, there'll be a post on the Chit Chat forum calling out for people to come chat...you can always check/post there if you wanna chat!

If you use AOL IM people randomly hold chats w/that as well.

A while ago, the AGDs set up a weekly Wednesday chat schedule. I myself had a hard time making it to chat, but I'd pop in every once in a while.

It's nice to see people in chat, but most of us have AIM, so we sometimes set up chat rooms there too.

Plus some of us are blocked from it by firewalls.
