They finally bagged the sonofab*tch... it's about time. Time to gather up the hanging party... who's bringing the beer? :D

OMG!

I just about spit my tea out when I saw this headline. I was supposed to be at the park the night this cretin blew it up.. and I'm so glad to finally see that they caught him!

Thank goodness he's finally been caught. I hope he rots in prison. He's nothing more than a terrorist.

I just saw on the news that he says he remained in the same area for the past few years. I wonder how he evaded arrest for so long if he wasn't moving around.

Yet another strange and epic tale in the career of DeltAlum.

I was Production Manager at the baseball venue for Atlanta Olympic Broadcasting. We had two days during the games that were set aside for making up rainouts. We didn't have any rainouts, and two of my three kids were in a musical here in Colorado that only played while I was gone.

So, I decided at the last minute to grab a flight back to Denver, see the show, and then get a redeye back to Atlanta.

While I was gone, the bomb went off. I heard about it on the flight back to Atlanta.

People who know I worked the games often ask me where I was when the bombing happened, and are very surprized when I answer, "Loveland."

I'm glad they finally caught the alleged bomber.

DeltAlum, if you ever decide to write a book, I'm going to be the first person in line at the book signing.

They actually found him not too far from where I am and the police are trying to retrace his steps and see how he survived in the woods for 5 years. That is REALLY big news around here. They even had the National Guard to come and fly him to Asheville to stand trial before being sent back to Alabama and then Atlanta.
