I feel so totally loved and honored that you gals remembered my birthday! How cool is it to have sisters all over the US think of you!!!!!

My mom (alum initiate) came up for a visit and we went WILD shopping!!!!! Spent time together talking and walking and, of course SHOPPING more!!!!

My gifts were sweet and thoughtful and I had a great time...My kinders at school sang happy birthday to me as well.

I have 7 days of school left and this birthday surprise from you all, as well as my mom's visit and my husband's GREAT taste in jewelry will get me through the rest of the year...Now if I can only get through a field trip to the zoo with 24 kinders in 90 degree weather Wednesday and a performance Friday (hopefully no one will pee their pants or fall off the stage) all will be well!

Thank you sooooo much...One of my former students came for my party and she asked about the AOE on my bracelet...I told her about Alpha Phi (sororities in general) and that AOE was a special secret...She kept asking so I told her when she goes to college and JOINS Alpha Phi then she will know what AOE means...

Silly me - rushing 8 year olds!!!!!!

That's cute about your "rushing" an 8 year old. I've already started, uh, "indoctrinating" my 5 year old niece about Delta Gamma...LOL
