chapter info.
I'm doing my research on alpha kappa alpha, and I can't find any chapter info. Is it acceptable to discretely ask a member where that info might be found.
P.S. I work with a member, and we have small talk every now and then, but nothing up close and personal- just so you know my status. Thanks for any advise given! [This message has been edited by ssh1980 (edited April 27, 2000).] |
Does the chapter at your school have a website? That is the first place I went to look for info regarding the chapter here at USC. I also know 2 of the members that told me some things but all-in-all you have to try and dig deep to find information for yourself.

Thanks for you all's advice.
No, the chapter here doesn't have a web page or any archives in the library. So I am going to take your advice and just wait. THANKS!! |
If the chapter at your school doesn't have a website or accessable records, then I would suggest you just wait. My chapter doesn't have a website and the only way a non-member can find out about our chapter history is through our informational and during rush. I think the most important thing you should try to find out right now is the charter date and national history.
