TV in the Summer
 

It seems like every year during the summer tv stations constantly put on reruns. Well this year im happy to hear about a few new shows (YEY). One of my favorites is this new mystery show ...i think its called MONK. I've only seen a few episodes but its really interesting and pretty funny too. I can't wait to see what they have in store for next season :) Has anyone else heard of it??

Never heard of Monk..thanks for the heads up ... I will have to check it out since I don't really like much else on TV in the summer...no Dog Eat Dog thank you very much.

For the most part, I think TV should sign off for the summer and save the electricity.

The reason i love this show so much is that they give a positive outlook for people who are OCD, but its still realistic...like he's scared to shake peoples hands and he's horrified by the sight of milk. It makes the show that much more hillarious. Can't wait for June 20th

And I agree with whoever said thank heavens for Food Network, History Channel, and Travel Channel! There are always things coming on that I've never seen before or don't mind seeing again. Also, I was always missing first run episodes of stuff during the regular season, so I'm usually ok during the summer.

I still have years of "Hey, Arnold!" and "As Told By Ginger" episodes to catch up on too! Oh, and the "Family Guy" comes on in reruns on Adult Swim on Cartoon Network, "The Nanny" on Lifetime, and "Cram" on Game Show Network!!!

I'm a big fan of Monk, its a really well done show. Can't wait for the premiere.

This summer I'm also all about SaTC - I heard that we'll have summer episodes and then the final wrap up in Januray, is that true?

I'm also IN LOVE with Nigella Lawson's "Nigella Bites" cooking show on The Style Network.

yes that's true. there will be 20 episodes total to make up for the shortened season last season.
