Starring Debbie Allen as a judge. . . Dancers version of American Idol.

ETA: Starts this Wednesday with a 2 hour premiere on NBC @ 8:00p.m.

I know alot of people are getting tired of all the reality contests, (me included), but I am looking foward to seeing FAME! The dance aspect, along with singing, will keep it exciting and hype. I think this will be a good one, unlike the new American Juniors:mad:...I won't waste my time.

I have enough to watch...with Diva's, top model, and Fame!

oh and there wasa guy with a blue t-shirt on that said hawaii -- his profession is PARTY MOTIVATOR. :confused: He must be like that big man who used to be on stage with HAMMER. . .Hammer Hammer dey put it in da mix. :p His name is Todd Evans, he made the NY cut.


:eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: @ ol girl they just showed who did not make the cut. Her weave was sooooooo scraggily. SOOOOOOO SCRAGGILY!! Almost as scraggily as her singing. :p


WTF @ girl who wore green print top in miami with matching fingernails who sang Donna Summer's Bad Girls from the paper. Do not sing a song if you do not know the words or the beat.

UGH @ COSMETOLOGIST who did a KHIA song for her audition!!

This show is funny....lawd have mercy!!!

I never want to hear ALL THAT JAZZ and FALLIN' ever again. It amazed me to hear both songs sung so badly so many different times in so many different cities. :eek:

AMEN to that! I the auditions better than the show. Why did they all RAP the introductions? They sounded horrible!!!

:eek: :eek: at the girl singing Donna Summer from a piece of PAPER. Lord I almost woke up C.J. (I was holding him) when she went "beep beep...aaaahhh...toot toot. I HOLLARED.

Debbie is no Simon. She was very motherly to some of those fools. I did like the way she talked to that girl's boss. That was sweet.

I didn't watch the whole show. Did it get better after the weak rapping?

I turned it off after the "rap" introduction. :mad:

I thought the same thing. Too motherly. . .instead of saying "THat was ghastly" she would say "How interesting!!"

Well the 3 people I thought should go on from round one did so COOL. I was rooting for Judy Ho til I heard her solo performance.

This show is about the triple threats (sing, dance and ACT!)...its not just for dancers! Debbie, is an artist...and in real life she is a nurturer...no true artist passes complete judgement on another person pursing her/his dream. Its about what is inside and talent...which we all know is relative. I am looking forward to watching it next week.
