I just wanted to share a cool idea with you ladies (me being a professional jewelry consultant and all).

If you go to any jewelry store and look at their Mother Ring Selections you can find a style you like, choose the color of gold, the number of stones and then order it with Garnets and Citrines to make a beautiful CHI OMEGA Ring! I had a young boy make one as a birthstone ring for him and his girlfriend and their birthstones happened to be Garnet and Citrine...then he alternated those with diamonds (or you could still substitute CZ's) and it looked AWESOME!

So for those of you who want something different and classy check out that idea. It would also be a great gift for a Chi-O grad!

Oh wait, I gotta get that single diamond bought before I push anything else on him!!!! :D

Actually if you get him to committ to a smaller piece of jewelry then it's easier to get him to committ to bigger pieces. Then of course when you go to buy the BIG ROCK start extreamly high and work your way down so that a 1 carat (for instance) doesn't seem so bad as a 2 carat. Of course never admit that's the game you're playing :p ;)

Or you can just be like me and play musical engagement rings until you get the one you really want HA HA!!!!!
