The June 2003 issue of 'W' magazine has a whole page dedicated to objects that are crimson colored. The article is titled 'Crimson Tide' on page 48. ;)

If it is what I am thinking about, "W" is a style magazine. Years ago there was a publication called Women's Wear Daily "WWD" that was the "bible" of the fashion industry. It morphed into "W" magazine.

WWD is still around -- a really expensive trade paper that costs more than $100 a year to subscribe. I used to read it when I covered retail.

W is a spinoff publication that's a monthly. It's been around about 30 years.

Thanks ST. My first career out of college was as a retail buyer. That's how I knew about WWD. But that was sooooo long ago I didn't know it was still around. ;)

Yes, W is a fashion magazine that was a spin off from WWD. I got one of those annoying cards in the mail asking me to subscribe and the price was right at the time. I think it was like $12 or $14 / year. I've had a subscription for about 5 or 6 years now. I like the mag beacuse it is not a Vogue-clone.

I don't mind others reading the post, I just thought that the title of the article and CT4 was a nice coincidence. Actually, a good friend of mine just went over in Delta and I've been looking for stuff to get her. I've been on this 'Look for anything red' mission for the past few weeks (and she wants elephants!!) and the article caught my eye and I wanted to share it with my Delta SFs.
