I think this loss actually sums up the fact that the Lakers are more than a 2 person team.

I hate I didn't see that. But I did see a clip from last year's celebration after they won w/ Magilla (Shaq) stressing "we will be back here next year, get cha 4 fingers in the air"

their cockiness got in the way. i must say that i was disappointed to hear the news. but honestly, they had it coming. i thought they sucked this season.

Not only was I laughing....and very hard I might add, but did you see Derrick Fisher. He really had tears rolling down his face.

I'm still laughing just thinking about it all still. I had no problem with the Lakers winning that first year, but of course I didnt want to see them beat my home team the Sixers the 2nd year. Last year is when I got pissed off to know end when the cheating went down when they were playing the Kings, this is the reason of why I didn't want them to win this year.

They got straight up spanked last night.

I think if the Lakers were a little more 'down to earth' they wouldn't be hated so much.

The bulls weren't even that cocky when they were winning in the early 90s...

They are smug and arrogant. I agree with you, people would not hate on them as much if they didn't talk as much mess. If you are nice with yours, people will respect you. Trash talking is fine, but don't act like you are God's gift to the game. At first, I had no opinion of them, I was just a die-hard Kings fan. But after their continued talk about my team and the personal attacks, they will learn to shut their mouths. After the unoriginal "Queens" comments the hate started for me.
