Lambda Chi Badge on EBay
 

I'm curious as to the circumstances that put this badge on E-bay.

There's no telling. It drives me crazy to see all these badges on auction. Sometimes the seller lost his/her badge, it was stolen, they might have died and the family didn't know what to do with it or (in my opinion) the worst scenario is when someone sells their own badge :(

In my case my badge was stolen recently (the Chapter house has around one break-in a year) from a suit that I had left at the house following Initiation. Well about 3 days after Init. the house was broken into and my badge was one of the items stolen.

I have combed the pawn shops in the area, and have put the word out amongst my shadier associates to keep their eyes open. So far nothing though.

The Badge on ebay is being sold by a Brother who I will not name.

I have a bunch of Badges that I got off of ebay to make sure they stayed in LXA hands!

My idea was to sell to Brothers for what I had in them, but it seems NO ONE wears Badges anymore!:eek: :(

If I could figure out how to sell them on ebay, I would too as have a lot of money tied up in these Badges, some of which are old and of different gems.

That is how they get on ebay! Well maybe along with being stolen, died with no relative and sold in estate sale!
