Please share your experience. THANKS!!! ;) |
What type of plants do you have? (indoor/outdoor, etc.) Try to be as descriptive as possible, if you can. Also describe your climate, sunny-side of your house, etc. I'll try to help you if I can.
Now, I was not born w/ a green thumb myself, but my dad has a sickening obsession w/ plants and flowers and somehow it has rubbed off on me. Our front and back yards are ALIVE w/ tremendous colors and it didn't take much work. |
Thanks for the help cause.....
I REALLY NEED IT!!!:(
I had a BEAUTIFUL Palm tree/plant. It's inside of my apartment. I believe the name of my plant was a Palm spider. I really REALLY loved this plant, cause it really looked good in my bedroom. I noticed a couple of weeks later that the leaves were getting weak and tuning brown. I had this plant for about 2 1/2 months now that I think about it. And now, it's no good. I want to buy another one, but I want to get as many tips as possible before purchasing another plant. |
I was having problems with my plants until I placed them in my bathroom. Previously, the plants were in my den area in front of my fireplace. While there, the plants began to brown. I gave them love and water. I have alot of windows, so sunshine wasn't the problem.
One day, I placed the plants in my bathroom on this ledge adjacent to my shower/tub. Let me tell you, the plants really began to grow. Maybe it's because of the moisture they get whenever I take a shower. One of my plants though, needs to be re-potted. If you are having problems: 1. Check which window your plant is near. I have heard that certain plants need to be placed in certain windows. (West, North etc.) 2. What type of pot do you have? Does it allow for excess water to drain? If water cannot drain, then your roots will dry rot. :o 3. Have you watered the plant too much? |
