Just Wanted to Comment

Sorors I went and "surfed" the internet and other greek forums. I found myself reading through a lot of postings and messeges from other greek sororities..

What really got to me was the way they spoke to sisterfriends and their sorors...I saw them begging for forgiveness from thier sorors..coming down on "interested" ladies..and of course placing negative comments about AKA...

I do not waste my time worrying about others or what they say..but it just seems to me that this is soo sad...I just wanted to comment that I love my AKA and my beautiful sorors...let us once again set the example and do not let this "trend" appear here in our forum.

Sorry this post is so long...but I really felt the need to comment. Skee Wee my sorors (and AKATUDE call me so that we can make plans for our "birthday")

I never thought about Captivator #6 said until I went to a few non-AKA forums. The way some of the sisterfriends got treated was awful and the members of the organizations didn't seem to show the same love for each other that I see here. It makes me grateful that I am smart enough to persue the best! http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/biggrin.gif Thanks everyone for being so helpful and patient.

I would certainly have to agree. Again, I would like to thank you ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. for taking the time and having the patience to help and guide us to our destiny.

I have to agree with you Captivator. It is sad. Poplife and SSH, you are both very welcome. I take great pride in being a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha and conduct myself in such a way, on and off the internet.

We are the first, the best, and the finest. Three times imitated and never duplicated. "The Moving Spirit" lives on in each of us. I love my pink and green. Thank God for Nellie Quander and the other incorporators, for Alpha Kappa Alpha lives on.

Yes i have noticed this trend as well. I do find that AKA women posting in this forum show great reserve and respect towards others and their negative or sometimes repetitive comments or questions. Thank God for Nellie who loved AKA enough to take a stand and insure our future as the First and Finest Sorority. Happy Fifth to Captivator and AKAtude.

It's an awesome feeling to a part of the finest sorority in the WORLD. Whenever I meet sorors from all over the world, there is a feeling one cannot express in simple words. It's a bond that's stronger than a passing hello and much deeper than anyone can possibly understand. Simply put: I am not ashamed to tell the world that I got my pearls. http://www.greekchat.com/forums/ubb/biggrin.gif
