This week was Greek Week for Stan State and the 2003 Greek Week Champions are...

Phi Sigma Sigma and Phi Delta Theta!!!

It was so awesome We kicked butt; you'd all be so proud!

The Theme of Greek Week was:Revenge of the Greeks
so here is the day by day results:

Monday: Tricycle and Javelin throw.
The guys had to spin around a bat then weave out of cones on a tricycle
First place: Chad from Phi Delta Theta
The girls had to eat a pie and pull out a gummy worm which was timed then they had to throw a javelin
First Place: Sara from Phi Sigma Sigma

Tuesday: Bed Races
points combined for most creative and best time
Phi Sig and Phi Delt bed: it was awesome!! It was made to look like a hospital bed/ambulence. we had lights on it and everything! We were the only group competely dressed up, they all had scrubs on and the girl that rode the bed had a patient gown.
First Place: Phi Sigma Sigma and Phi Delta Theta

Wednesday: Powder Puff Game
The teams were combined: Phi Sig, Lambda Sigma Gamma and Upsilon Kappa Delta were on our team (two locals)
the other team: Delta Phi Gamma, Sigma Kappa Zeta (both locals) and Alpha Xi Delta

Score of the Game: Phi Sig's team: 28 other team: 0!!!!!!!
We even had phi sig jerseys made (I designed them. very cute)

Thursday: Community Service Carnival
Each group had to sell something for Camp Okizu a Cancer Camp for kids in Northern Cali
Delta Phi Gamma and Theta Chi Sold: Candy Apples
Alpha Xi Delta and Sigma Kappa Zeta sold: Popcorn
Lambda Sigma Gamma and Phi Mu Alpha did: throw a ball in a hoop type deal
Upsilon Kappa Delta and Chi Delta Beta sold: Snow Cones
Phi Sigma Sigma and Phi Delta Theta did: Pie a Phi. pay a dollar to hit a phi sig or phi delt in the face with a pie!! And I made shirts that said: Phi or Die with both our letters on it! Its an awesome shirt

First Place: Phi Sigma Sigma and Phi Delta Theta raised 95% of the money for the day. Total raised was close to 600 dollars!!!

Friday: Talent Show
Delta Phi Gamma and Theta Chi: didn't compete. :(
Upilison Kappa Delta and Chi Delta Beta: did a step type show, with a chi delta beta dressing up like christina Aguilera. it was funny
Lambda Sigma Gamma and Phi Mu alpha: did a dance. it was cute
Alpha Xi Delta and Sigma Kappa Zeta: Did a few dances to Grease
Phi Sig and Phi Delt: The guys did the bar scene from 3 amigos then we did a dance from coyote ugly then the guys finished it with singing to our girls with you lost that loving feeling from top gun
First Place: Alpha Xi Delta and Sigma Kappa Zeta for Grease
Second: Phi Sig and Phi Delt

So since we practically swept the week, it was a sweet victory to win the week. Basically the theme was Phi or Die!

Greek Week ended last night....

and we won again!

It was a long week. Each day we were teamed up with someone different so it was pretty much, your in it for you deal and Phi Sig kicked major booty! There was only an overall winner so not only did we beat all the sororities we beat all the fraternities too! yea!

The talent show was seperate from the standings and the winner of that was: Phi Sig!!!!

the ladies that did the talent show were awesome! This was a great week for us.

CONGRATS! Great way to represent Phi Sig!!! Way to go!
