Which Movie Parent Are You

http://www.emode.com/tests/parent/

Honey, I Shrunk the Kids

Buckle your seatbelts. We can see your mind at work already, strapping your kids to your back, or piling them into the car as you take off on your next adventure. Your parenting style is like the Marcia Strassman and Rick Moranis characters in Honey, I Shrunk the Kids. You teach by example and bring your kids along for the ride. We can see your expectant face, waiting excitedly for your kids' first words, steps, or any other achievement.

When your kids come to you with questions, you're likely to point them towards the dictionary or encyclopedia. It's important for them to learn on their own. And it wouldn't surprise us if you refused to raise your kids' allowances in the hopes that the entrepreneurial spirit might encourage them to set up a lemonade stand.

Like the Honey, I Shrunk the Kids parents, you can sometimes become absorbed in your own life. But once you feel the tug on your sleeve, you snap back into being the creative parent your kids can rely on.

Meet The Parents!

Warn the little league umpires. We can already hear your voice in the stands, explaining why the second baseman missed the tag on your little slugger. Your parenting style is like the Blythe Danner and Robert De Niro characters in Meet the Parents.

I'd star in: Three Men and a Baby

Hmmmm probably why I don't have kids!

Um, I scored 3 men and a Baby, and, I have 3 kids! Some of those questions hit WAY to close to home!

B, you could star as a parent in Honey, I Shrunk the Kids!

I also had 3 Men and a Baby. The pancake question hit a little close to home. :o

Three Men and a Baby

Oh, no, wait a second, the spaghetti's boiling over on the stove, the doorbell's ringing, your baby's crying, and you've just misplaced that dirty diaper...in your briefcase. Looks like your parenting style is like the Tom Selleck, Steve Guttenberg, and Ted Danson characters in Three Men and a Baby. Your easy-going, creative approach to parenthood is charming and yes, sometimes even slapstick. We can see you cheering wildly from the spectator stands, calling out goofy nicknames and embarrassing your kids.

The point is, you're always there for them with enthusiastic support, making up the rules as you go. Leftover pizza for breakfast? Well, maybe for birthdays. Bath Time in the wading pool? Hey, if it ain't broke... And while some people might whisper about some of your unorthodox, family traditions, it's exactly those quirks that make you such a strong parent.

Even when things get tough at work, you know how to get your family back on track. Like those three men with their baby, you're going to succeed because you know how to bring laughs and a lotta love to everyone around you!

Three Men and a Baby for me, also. Pancakes for dinner? Sure! But the choice between giving up the favorite binky or disposables, that's a tough one ;)

I saw that movie and it's funny. I love how Robert De Niro spoiled that gorgeous cat!
