Just some News.
 

Okay, so I've been a Phi Sig for about..2 weeks now. Ha. And now..I already have two positions for next year.

Yay.

I'm Public Relations Chair (no one was nominated so our Panhel nominated me, and I was like HEY..why not? so then no one ran against me and I won :D) and I'm on J-Board.

I have a feeling I'll be bugging everyone here for slogans and stuff. Lol.

I was alumnae chair right after I got in and then about two weeks later got PR!!

well, i remember the second night of rush
i was so excited and i kept asking everyone who was an officer about their position
they introduced me to the vice archon and i was like, 'i'm going to have your office when i'm eligible'
and she talked to me for the rest of the night
i didn't want to leave her side
i kept asking questions about every office because i planned on running for a lot of them
i'm past SDC or MOC and current vice archon
i've only been in for one full year

the best thing to do is get involved in your chapter! I was initiated in fall 02 and i'm past and present pr chair, and present tribune. All my sister joke that i'm being groomed for archon but in all seriousness i would be honored. Someday i'll prolly run.

I also held two positions at the same time. When I was in my second year as a Phi Sig I was the MRC and MOC. And the following year I was Philanthropy chair and Song/Sunshine/Spirit chair, but only for a month because then they made me MRC again. Next year I am the Song/Spirit/Sunshne/Sisterhood/Step/Stroll Chair. Talk about multi tasking. :)

This past year I was Scribe Tribune and Scholarship chair... now I'm just scholarship chair.... :( I would've loved to take on another position... but it didn't quite work out for me.

Hey Glitter, that's ok :) Now you can focus all your energy on Scholarship...I loved that chair when I held it ...too bad none of my sisters felt the same way :rolleyes:

Whatever position you hold it is appreciated :)

And to sisters who don't hold one at all -- we still appreciate you showing up and taking part!

i must say that we have relazed a lot
our meetings function better when we are a little goofy
people WANT to be there
which is a total change

I was nowhere near Div Con this year....but I have seen Fish

too bad my sistas didn't get to go either(border issues)...
