goodmorning sorors, a few brothers have posted in the rush forum that they are proud african american men who have pledged predominately white fraternities. My question is would or has any soror ever dated a brother who is a member of a white social fraternity? i have not. also there are too many fine,intelligent BGLO brothers for me to even go there.

I have never dated a brother who belonged to any fraternity outside of the BGLO and I have never dated outside of my race. And let's not limit ourselves to the brothers in BGLOs. My fiance is just as fine and intelligent as any brother in a BGLO, but he does not belong to a fraternity.

AkAtude congrats i didn't know you were engaged! Yes its true there are countless numbers of fine and intelligent men who are not greek. True Dat!

Hello to all. I am proud to say that I have never dated outside the race. I am true to my race by all means. My husband is a bright, hardworking man. He is very supportive of me and my sorority. Pledging wasn't something he wanted to do, but he always encourged whatever I wanted to do.

Soror AKAtude, congrats. You can put me down for the wedding. Also email me when you get a chance. If you don't already have a wedding consultant, I will be glad to help.
