My act of kindness for the day was offering one of my cyber AKA buddies who is out of town on business and staying at a hotel for two weeks with no SHOWTIME:eek: :(:eek: :( to tape Soul Food for her and mail her the video.

Yesterday, my student was mad at his mother because she wanted him to hurry to catch the bus for school, so he broke the belt. :rolleyes: :mad: He comes to school without a belt (against policy). I call home, the mom informs me of what happened. I'm :mad: at the student. He tends to behave this way with the mother, but not with me....I DON'T PLAY DAT!

When we got to the mall, I bought him a belt. The mother doesn't have the money (right now), but I told her not to worry about it. I told her son, while I was on the phone with her, that if he breaks THIS belt...it's going to be the two of us....and I'm going to win! :p
