Last night was our Greek Awards at Georgia State, and I promised I would share the results...
Epsilon-Omega won:

Dean's Cup for Academic Excellence
Dean's Cup for Excellence in New Member Education (best pledge/chapter development program)
Intramural Sportsmanship Award
1st Place Greek Sing
2nd Place Greek Week Overall

...Our AA won Outstanding Fraternity Alumnus Advisor, and I won the Greek Advisor's Award for Leadership

Each year the Dean, Provost, and Greek Advisors choose the top chapters that they think exemplify the mission of greek Life (scholarship, service, chapter involvement/citizenship). There is also also a lengthy points system packet (Like F.A.C.E). The result is the highest award; to be named a 4-Star chapter.

Last night, my chapter was named as 1 of 5 chapters (out of 21 chapters at GSU) to get the title of 4-Star Chapter. We are also the 1st (and only) fraternity to win the honor. The 4-Star chapters are usually sororities because of their organization, but this year my chapter did very well in our programming, academics, and community service.

Epsilon-Omega is still excited, as am I; and I had to share with my Brothers
