What are you doing today?
 

Well today I am working 5-9am and then working with the IU6 when they bring in Special Ed students for a Science Day. And these are children with many disabilites. I am making "Butterfly Sofites" from 10-1!

Then I am maybe getting my haircut at 5...

and then HAPPY HOUR! Whee!

The day of a stay-home mom!
 

Today will be pretty boring. Just sent DH off on his business trip and 2/3 of the rugrats to school. I've GOT to vacuum and clean off the TV screens, declutter the kitchen (it looks like we're a family of 10 instead of a family of 5!), and clean up the yard thanks to puppy-girl. Plan dinner for the rugrats, organize their weekend plans and whatever else comes up after they get home. You know, the normal stuff.

At some point I've got to do the final prep for our House Director interviews this weekend. I've also got to put in an hour or so in my office at some point today. I've got my own home-based business and had a candle show last night and two more this weekend to get ready for. One good thing about my job, when I go to work I have a party!

And ya'll always wondered what us stay-home moms DO all day besides play on the computer and eat bon-bons! Okay, so I do spend plenty of time on the computer, I just don't eat bon-bons. I don't even think I've ever eaten one in my life!

Going out to eat with Jen, Susan, and Court at Don Pablos and then probably out to a club!! :)

I'll be suffering from a hangover in a few hours.

Well, I work part-time, and Friday is my day off... so today I get to study for my certification exam. Yay.

Actually, pretty cool. At 5PM I'm meeting with the rest of the crew for a TV show we're shooting. I'm co-producing.

They're going to be running this terrorist training exercise on my campus. They just took a wrecking ball to the old men's dormitory to make it look like a dirty bomb went off. There'll be people playing the 'walking wounded' in various states. We're going to have a crew inside to get pictures of the first responders while they work and crews around the building. National news media will be there. We're going to use it for Monday's newscast and then make a 30 minute special from the footage.

Working 'til 5pm, then working at my second job from 6pm - close (around 11pm). Afterward, I am going out with a co-worker.

Today, I am going to the Ronald McDonald House with our ADPi Chapter for the weekend!!!! :)

I'm getting off of work at 12, going to the mall to buy my Syracuse Orangemenchampionship hoodie, going to do my volunteer work with the National MS society, getting my hair braided and then finally going to dinner with my boyfriend.
