While I doubt I'd ever get that drunk, I know I've got friends who love me enough to make sure that I never ever find myself on an icy sidewalk.

Especially considering that I don't think there are many icy sidewalks in Hawaii:D :D

I wonder if it is right to mention in the paper that she threw up and peed on herself.

I've been that drunk a few times---it's amazing how comfortable a snowbank can be at times. Though i never pissed myself, i have woken up with vomit on my t shirt.

It makes me wonder where her friends were though. How could ANYONE have left her if she was in such horrible condition that she did all of that?

My thought is.. if you do it and it's the truth it should be able to be reported.

A person could actually die from alcohol poisoning too, in a worst case scenario.

My sister got so drunk that she got in bed still drunk and proceeded to puke all over her pillow and sheets and then went back to sleep in her puke. Anyway, the girls on her floor decided to put her in the shower in her underwear to sober her up. They were freshman and thought that it would help. That's when they undressed her, stripped her bed, and she woke up in the shower wearing only her underwear. :eek:

A few weeks later she went out, got drunk, and woke up in Connecticut. :eek:

I don't like to get drunk. Did that my entire freshman year of college (okay, well not as drunk as the girl in the article apparently was) and got it out of my system. Sure I don't mind having a few drinks and maybe catching a nice buzz, but I really hate being drunk. I don't like not being in control of myself, and also I hate the way I feel when I'm drunk. Like, maybe I'm getting old or something, but to me being drunk doesn't feel good. It makes me feel... blah. It's pretty sad that my love affair with alcohol is already pretty much over, since I'm only 21!!! :eek:
