Sending Out Resumes
I'm just full of questions today.
When sending out resumes, is it o.k. to put it, and the cover letter, in a manila (sp?) envelope...those big, yellow envelopes? Or should I put it in a regular envelope, perhaps like those that come with resume paper? |
I like Big Brown envelopes! Dont bend the Resume! Go to a Secretarial place, why, so you can have them semi-printed up! Does not cost that much, and feels like it is printed and not run on a copy machine! Indintations of a real printing. More Proffesional!:)

Good idea, Tom!:)
You're full of them today.;) Yeah, I like the big envelopes too. Like you, I figured it would be best so the resume does not bend. |
buy the envelopes that match the resume paper you chose! your resume will be photocopied a zillion times and the people you are interviewing with won't have the real thing anyway. it just looks more professional.

paper cuts hurt like a *&^*#. Good luck.
