How long did you lurk before posting on GC?

About a day I think. I forget which thread prompted me to post my first post, but I just couldn't wait.

I checked out GC off and on for several months (maybe a year) before I joined. I had never joined a message board before so I felt reluctant. I've been a member for a year and a half. :)

I lurked for several months as well on and off...I didn't really have time to post/read a message board while I was doing my traditional undergrad work....I was too busy!!! Damn internship and the real world :p

About 5 seconds. LOL.

About two weeks. I wasn't in a sorority yet -- I was still a PNM -- so I was a little hesitant, but I didn't wait too long before joining.

I think it was one day.

I didn't realize alpha gam's from other chapters said that! I thought we were the only ones!

I don't actually remember being a lurker at all..

at the beginning you didn't have to be a member to post. so i posted unregistered for, i don't know, a few weeks i guess.

I lurked all of my soph. year, getting info for philanthropy/rush stuff...forgot about gc during the summer, and joined this year. Ewwww I seriously feel like a pedophile or something...lol
