PLEASE PRAY FOR ME! *sigh*
 

Okay, I know that everyone is asking for prayers for people in the war... and this may sound stupid, but its really not!

Okay in Clarion, the lovely little town it is - we do not have enough room for all of our students on campus, so most of us live off campus. Now there isnt even enough there. Right now I live a 30 min walk away and am paying $1600 a semester plus utilities. Which is hella expensive. But it was a last minute apartment last spring. And it is very nice!

BUT... this year I was going to live with three other TBS sisters. We found a great place and then two pulled out, one being my grand little. So it was just my little and I. So we went hunting for apartments... we still loved the one that could take 3 or 4... My grand came back to us and we were all ready to sign the lease and then she pulled out again. (good reasons) So we were scewed. We didnt want to lose the place. Its close, its nice, 3 bedrooms... etc. ITS CHEAP! Right now we are in a race with one of my Phi Sig sisters for this place. We have a third roomie now, another TBS sister, but the land lord is away til next weekend.

PLEASE PRAY THAT WE GET THIS APARTMENT! I really cant afford the gas for commuting again and I dont have the money to pay for an expensive place. I also love this apartment, I used to know the people in it. And if I dont like where I live I do terrible in school... we figured that out...

I just really need a nice place seeing that I will be on Elementary Ed Block (pre student teaching) and student teaching next year...

After a commute and expenses like that, you are in for a run of good housing luck! :D My fingers are crossed for ya!

My prayers are with you. :) When you are in college, the words "cheap housing" take on a whole different meaning.

Good Luck, I know what you mean as our House (1st) was a pretty good walk from campus. Parking was a premium so could not drive and park.

Now luckily, our House is across the street from Campus.

God I hpe you all get your quarters for living in!!! It is hard and expensive enough to get an education without have to pay out the nose to just live!
