Funny thing happened to me today...
 

I anchor the newscast for the school TV news station. Today the producer had me throw together a read on gas prices. So I grabbed a tape. She told me to get 20 seconds.. so I got like 27.

I recorded it over some CNN video of some rioters in Jordan throwing chairs, busting down doors, etc...

So what happens? She's reading... the video of the gas prices comes on.. she had forgotten to put in the script instructions for the director to go back to anchor. So what happened? She's reading a story about low gas prices and people in Jordan are rioting.

I cracked up for the rest of the segment.. couldn't keep it together. Nothing like cracking up on live TV.

Been there, done that in college TV.

Have had a few even more bizarre things happen during my "real world" (Not to be confused with the MTV show) career -- but the stories are too long to type here.

TV guys, you have to be better looking than me!:)

I just did college radio DJing. President closed the station, did not think the music was appropriate to study by!!!!!!!

I played rock and roll! Increased the listenership 10 fold!:cool:

Ha, still shut down!:D

My life in the short fast lane, oh well! Now back to you Kevin and Tom!;)

Did the radio thing first. Often wonder why I ever became a vidiot. Radio was fun.
