What does everyone think of this show?

I haven't seen it since the post-its incident. I'll try to watch it the next tiem its on. So far they don't seem like the nicest girls in the world. ;)

I think...

1) It is classless the way they handed their bids out. Calling the NMs out at 1:30 in the morning is rude. And stupid (says I)

2) They want a small NM class they can control? They seem so catty to their NMs. Maybe I have just been an MDA too long, but their hazing and cattiness...it just seems so stupid and trivial. I have definetly been out of school too long, i guess.

3) Unilke the first season, their NMs seem like they actually fit in with the rest of the sorority. While, from an organizational standpoint I really think I liked SigmaAEPi better than DZO, the pledges from the first season were so obviously recruited by MTV, when you looked at the pledges and the rest of the sorority. The DZO pledges (and I can say pledge because these girls [too bad for them] aren't D Phi E's) seem like they actually would have joined DZO without MTV.

4) I think it sucks that they split the pledge class up into a house,half living in, and the other half not. BEcause I certainly don't think its' a coincidence that the hot pledges are in the house. That would make me feel like crap, if I failed to make the cut to live in the house.

5) I think that Jenel girl looks like Mariah Carey. And acts like a diva.

6) I think these girls really over react, especially to random office products left around the house, but that could be editing.

7) I think that forced to chose between Sigma and DZO, I would be a DZO. I think they are a bunch of hazing catty girls, but truth be told...they are rowdy and seem fun and kind of remind me of my Chapter. When we used to haze. Before we saw the light (and before I became their MDA)

I saw the post it notes episode today - I don't know if mtv Canada is behind or not - anyways - that episode made my blood boil. If I joined a chapter like that I would have dropped. I'm all for respect but the way the DZO actives expect to be shown is just ludicrous (sp?).


...and the whole pledge book thing - don't even get me started on that...

I'm behind too Siob, don't worry!! I saw the post it note one over the weekend, and that was the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. Those sisters are quite possibly some of the bitchiest girls EVER!! I'd rather pledge the fraternity, b/c at least they're cute!!! If someone stole my pledge book, I'd tell them to keep it!! Sorry, but DZO is pathetic in that sense.
