I did a search and couldn't find anything but are any of you ladies familiar with these facilities?I am thinking about a membership but have heard many good and many bad things about them.To me,it seems to be a better deal than my local YMCA.I also have a Ballys and a Gold's gym nearby but I am not interested in them at all.As of yet,I have not toured the facility.I was just interested to know whether anyone had any personal feedback about them.

I read that too.I think you do need to be careful at any health club though.They can suck you into a contract before you know what is happening.I was just wondering whether anybody had any personal experience with the facility.I am going to assume it is a midwestern chain.Everyone I have talked to seems to have gotten all their information,both good and bad,second hand.Meaning a friend of a friend or something went and had a good/bad experience.I guess I will have to check it out for myself.
