NPHC sizes
 

We are always talking about NPC groups and how big they are, but I think that the NPHCs all dwarf us.

Does anyone know how many collegiate chapters each of the NPHCs is now operating? How about number of initiates?

NPHC collegiate chapters-they vary depending on the organization. for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., there are over 300 in most of the 50 states plus two in the USVI. initiates/candidates (that's what we call them)? as little as one, all the way to over 100. it really depends on the school. HBCUs tend to have the most candidates, for good reason;)

Isn't there a thread that already exists in this forum which talks about this?

1) I think if there is a thread about it before but was started and last posted a very long time ago, then the starter of the new thread shouldn't get blasted for it.

2) Just out of curiosity to the NHPC members here; where are you biggest undergraduate chapters?

I know that for the NPHC ladies, DST is up there, if not the largest.

Not only are NPHC orgs generally larger I think.. they are A LOT more international that any NPC org. I talked with an AKA who told me they have chapters in South Africa and the Dominican republic . AMAZING !

we may have members in both countries but we don't have chaptrs in either SA or the DR:) perhaps, down the road...

I'm sure OP was being facetious. At least I hope so!

As far as I know NPHC undergrad chapters are bigger at HBCU's and other schools in the south. Generally in the northeast our chapter are pretty small.
