Pasadena Alum Chapter
 

I went to the start up meeting yesterday afternoon for the new Pasadena Alumnae chapter of Alpha Phi . I feel so much ALpha Phi love right now and sooo glad i am an Alpha Phi!

Anyways, I was made VP of membership So with that... onto business......being VP membership.... i am formulating ideas in my head and need all imput on this very important office. ANY and All imput would be GREATLY APPRICIATED!:D

Second, If you know anyone in your coll. chapters or alum chapters that is contemplating moving to or is moving to the Pasadena/ San Gabriel Valley area pass them along my email and let them know I WANT TO TALK TO THEM!:)

We all got a lot accomplished and looking forward to a great time starting up. We have a bunch of great, eager and very exicted PHInominal PHI's in our GLO!:)

ANyhow, please any and all imput would be sooo great to help me get started.

I believe she was going to be there yesterday, but she couldn't make it. But i do believe i heard her name mentioned once or twice :) I think she really wants to get active too. So i am very pleased to hear that!:D

Congratulations, Laura! I'm happy to see another alumnae initiate so involved. :)

Good for you Laura! How exciting to be in a new group, and an officer! You can work with your region's AMC and Cindy at the EO on getting lists of known alumnae in your area, then as a group you can decide how best to reach out to them.

Every year our group does a mass-mailing newsletter style about 4 weeks before our kickoff BBQ and that always pulls in some new members to the group--hey, it got me!

I would love to hear any input as well. I just moved to Boston a week ago and am running for VP Membership in their alum chapter. If anyone has any ideas or advice, please let us know!
