New Orleans Jazz Fest anyone?
 

I am flying down to Baton Rouge to spend a fun filled week with Tigergirl52, and we are both intending to go to Jazz Fest in New Orleans the weekend of May 3rd.

We were wondering if any other GCers out there might be heading down to the party.

Maybe we can have a GC fun fest and toast Hurricanes while listening to some great jazz.

This is an event I'd love to go to - went to Mardi Gras already, this would be next on my list.

I've heard it's amazing, fun as all hell.

Gotta show the Canadian how to party....hehehe. It's gonna be a good time getting her to eat boiled crawfish, gumbo and the like. :) KSigKid...Jazz Fest is amazing. There's usually some big name acts each year but I personally like all the local artists. Plus it's super cheap. You should definitely come down one year.

Officials today are announcing who will perform at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival.

Sounds like fun-- I'm within some driving distance or a short flight!
