Brothers with character, integrity, drive and determination. Also, individuals that can maintain their on INDIVDUALISM(important!!).

Brothers who will(always) work to uphold the prinicple intents of OUR Fraternity, and try and make a difference in this difficult WORLD we live in.

And, like the sister of SGRho said "Build a Tradition not rest upon one".................... Thanks a lot Sister; Way to put it!!

Mike B. said it best. Those who will work hard to honor the core beliefs of Iota and promote them through their efforts and by encouraging excellence at all levels. Also those who work very hard at making a difference in their respective communities, the African-American community, the American community, and the world community.

As my bros have already stated many are drawn to Iota due to our promotion of brotherhood while also fostering the growth of the brother as an individual.

Many with leadership skills are drawn to Iota :
- due to the opportunities present to contribute to the growth of the frat and also adding to their leadership skill

-the great advantage of joining a young frat where ideas/customs are not etched in stone but are more fluid and malleable wherein each new Iota's ideas is given the same light as one who has been in the frat for years

Many of our members are "outlaws" in that they have set out to create a new path rather than following the traditional path.

-and with creating a new path comes a sense of maturity and the drive not only to be excellent but the best!
