I'm really really bored. I have finals next week and I am trying to write a paper.

FIESTA! I'm not bored. I'm on Spring Break...where am I going? NO WHERE! YEAH ME! I GET TO WORK MY SPRING BREAK! I won't be bored...I'll be doing my regular routine with two days off...but instead of going to school I'll actually BE OFF!:eek:

Suggestion that saved my life when typing papers where my ideas were not flowing: COURIER NEW. It beats Times New Roman any day.

ha ha ha ha... yeah, my paper is sucking the life out of me. Then again, I keep coming here cuz I don't want to type.

COURIER NEW takes Times New Roman papers almost double the amount of pages, PROMISE. I had an 18 page thesis with TNR, but it was 28 with Courier New.

This is true! You just have to make sure you professor didn't explicitly state no Courier New because some of them have wised up.

Well from 1996 - 1998, my profs got Courier New whenever I had writer's block. :D I taught my students to use Courier New. Hell save them frustration and save me from reading copious BULL!!

I taught my students that, too! Some of them really didn't understand what it was for until college, because our English teachers do not allow Courier to be used on papers.

ha ha ha... let's do the math I have 6 pages in TNR and 8 pages in Courrier New!
Somehow though I feel like I'm not allowed to futz with the font. These profs, they know it's shorter if the font is bigger. I should just turn in a paper that is a few pages short.

I read my paper assignment, and it says 12 point font, but doesn't specify what font. However, it also says it only needs to be 10 pages. So I'm golden!
