Recruitment issues

Hello fellow sigmas, I am at the Zeta Theta chapter at Idaho State University. My problem is, is that this area of the country is very conservative and it is becoming increasingly more difficult to get students interested in Greek Life and joining TriSigma. Does anyone have any creative new ways to gain interest and promote the best parts of being greek and rush events?

Nibbz,
I would focus more on the personal recuitment aspect instead of just events. If you PM me your email address I will send you 101 ideas for COB events.
For personal recruitment, just remember that women enjoy friendship and women, not clubs. They want to form relationships. So, make friends with women first and then introduce them to your chapter.
Keep up the enthusiasm and PM me with any questions.

I would also encourage you to contact your Collegiate Recruitment Coordinator. She is there for just this sort of problem and wants you to succeed, as all of your sisters do!!

I would have a recruitment event every week! I miss those SOOO much! Pizza party, bowling, picnics, hiking, "spa night". Invite women you know and get her enthused and psyched about your chapter, plant that seed in her head and get her interested! Also, get your name out on campus: chalk (if that is allowed) a main area of campus, have a set "letter" day, have a badge day, hang banners! COVER THE CAMPUS IN PURPLE AND PEARLS!
