New Chapter Help
 

To any D Phi E's that can help me:

I became a D Phi E at Southern Illinois University about a year and a half ago. I recently just transferred school because of a better financial opportunity. Unfortunatly there was no D Phi E. So I am considered a Transfer Non-continuing member of D Phi E. Although, I am wishing to start my own chapter at Roosevelt Univerisity in the Chicago Loop. I need as much advice as I can get from anyone who is willing to help me out. Thank you so much.
