The Greek101 ad at the top of the page..
Okay, now its been bugging me for a long time...
The bag in the ad... its black with gold letters... are they: Alpha Zeta Delta or Alpha Xi Delta ? The latter makes sense... seeing that it is a national sorority, but when you look at it... it looks like Alpha Zeta Delta... Ack! |
Hmm I never noticed that. Guess I drown it out.
|
Um . . . I have been wondering the same thing since it appeared.
Anybody who can shed some light on the subject, please do so. :D |
It definetly says Alpha Zeta Delta. I never even noticed, just figured in was Alpha Xi Delta. ::shrug::
I don't mind the ad, maybe it'll mean less spam in my greekchat email. ::saying a little prayer:: 'Course now that they're an official sponsor of our humble little site, will we b*tch quite so loud about all the greek101 gear on Sorority Life and Fraternity Life??? I'm thinking "Oh Yeah!" |
just another thing about that banner that bothers me....has anyone noticed the picture of the group of people that appears next to the greek101.com part?? it's upside down. that's been driving me nuts
|
And the flip-flop picture is in reverse. I actually had to go to the greek101 site to figure out that the blue flip flop says Tri Delta..... I wonder why their ad is so poorly constructed. It doesn't make a good impression .

As for the tridelta flip-flops, "tridelta" is supposed to be backwards. The idea is when you walk on the sand, your sorority's nickname will be "stamped" on the beach. It wouldn't work if the words were written frontwards. Personally, I'm not a Greek 101 fan (no SAI stuff) but I think the banner's ok. |
