Is Robert Wuhl mentioned as a famous TKE alum in the newer Teke Guides? Some GPA's have told me he is a TKE alum. I have the 98 edition and he isn't mentioned. If you don't know who he is, he is the actor that plays Arli$$ on HBO. If the GPA's say he is a TKE I believe them I am just suprized IHQ hasn't mentioned him.

yep, he's in the newest Teke Guide, from Epsilon-Omicron in Houston.

How would an alum go about getting a new TEKE Guide? You used to be able to order them from IHQ. Now they only get sent to chapters when they register the new guys.

i got one from the last conclave... if you call up HQ, they will probably sell you one, if not, maybe see if a chapter around you can order one for you and pay them.

Pardon me for jumping in, but I know Bob-we used to call him
La Fong. He was my Hubby's roommate his Freshman year and we all hung out in the Quad. The last we spoke to him was prior to the release of Batman, but other friends keep in much closer touch.
I HONESTLY never knew him to be in a fratenity, but he would just disappear and nobody knew where he went. We always thought he was working (entertaining) somewhere. I SWEAR he NEVER wore a fraterniy T-shirt and I never saw him at mixers.
I AM SHOCKED, and you would be too if you ony KNEW! LOL!

Now, just to put things in perspective-when did he pledge?
Hubby joined SX in Fall of 72.

That would be hard to find out unless somebody from Epsilon-Omicron in Houston can tell us. Usually when TKE IHQ list their famous alums they only put the chapter they were a member of.

Yeah I heard that for one of Robert Wuhl's newer episodes he is going to base it on that horse track betting scandal involving those TKEs from Drexel i believe. forgot the link, but saw it. Wonder if tke will be mentioned
