yesterday, i had my first swedish massage. it was heavenly. i suggest that you run...not walk to your nearest telephone and book an appointment at a spa. i have never felt as relaxed as i did after that. if i only had one of those every night....i would be able to sleep wonderfully. definately take some time to pamper yourself and get one!!!

my friend and i decided to treat ourselves. we are both special ed. teachers and thought we deserved it! we were on vacation last week, so it was perfect timing. did i mention it was heavenly???? it was wonderful.....

I have never had a swedish massage but I did get a hot stone massage last month and it was absolutly heavenly as well!
I would encourage anyone to go and pamper themselves!

ooooh, i wanted a hot stone massage, but they didn't have any more appointments......it is my next treat tho!!!!
