they cut off all of our file sharing software. is anyone willing to share their songs with me?? i am REALLY desperate to find "american pie" by don mclean and "drift away" by dobie gray.. i love those songs and since i reformatted my computer i haven't had them. if anyone has these songs or any others they'd like to share let me know please :)

and SCREW UMASS for being bastards and taking away our network. they say it's because of "bandwith issues".. the damn network goes down DAILY. literally. if we are paying tons of $$ for housing, we should have internet on a less intermittent basis. :mad:

Heh, ur lucky. The admin at SDSU did that to us years ago.

Along those same lines... the U.S. Air Force Academy firewalled the underground cadet humor website 'eDodo' (if you're curious, it's at www.edodo.org) to make it inaccessible from USAFA computers on the orders of the Commandant of Cadets. (He's none too pleased at the jabs thrown at him by current and former cadets.)

Duder, that sucks - what else sucks is that your university OC3 line will be cold as fuck with outside file transfers. If you want to try something closer (I'm at BU) hit me up at 'dubfifty6' on AIM - I probably will only be home for like 20 min the next couple days, but I have about 4000 mp3s, b/c that's what I do
