War protest on Thursday

For those of you in Florida, George W. Bush will be in our state up in Jacksonville at the Mayport Naval station promoting moral for the war.

There is an organized protest that will take place at the front gate of the naval station at 10:00am

I'm going to make it up there for the event. Rather than protesting the war, I'm going to promote for it. I'm sure I'll be one of the few on this end of the spectrum, but at least I get to represent those who share the same view as I.

As of now my sign reads, " Forget these hippies, kill saddam"

on the other sign it says.... " God sent George "

Ha... love the sign! It's great to see someone else who is conservative and young, but still fun!

An interesting spelling situation. I assume you mean promoting the "morale" of the troops -- which has to do with enthusiasm, discipline, confidence and courage according to Webster.

"Moral" relates to making the distinction between right and wrong in conduct -- among other things.

Some might question whether "moral" is a good word to use in any war.

It's tough after all the evidence we've seen to say that Saddam doesn't need to go.. Why him before North Korea's leader I have no clue... I trust in the leadership of the country in matters like these. They have access to a lot of information that I don't. I think they will make the right decisions.
