How To Lose A Guy...

Saw the movie earlier today with my roommate! ABSOLUTELY loved it. Kate Hudson is adorable and I just wanted to lick Matthew McConaghey during the whole movie. What did everyone else think?

I LOVED it!!!

I made a guy friend of mine come with me to see it...and he secretly liked it too.

I love happy endings!

I really enjoyed this movie... despite the 3 soccer moms who's kids kept gettin up in the middle. I think guys would like this movie too, not just girls.

Does anyone else think that Kate Hudson, besides looking identical to her mom, kinda looks like J Lo?

Actually . .. she looks a lot more like Ellen Barkin than j-lo . . .

So, do they give any good pointers for losing guys? I've got a few extra I would like to get rid of sometime soon. LOL.

Spolier . . . . lol

I really enjoyed the movie myself actually.

There was some really witty dialogue.

The song thing to "You're so Vain" by Carly Simon was awesome . . . lol

Oh and not to ruin it for the people that haven't watched it . . . they Do NOT overcome all odds and get back together again .. she gos back with her ex-psycho BF because he messes up after they were in that wierd car crash . . .

Go see it lol :p

It was SO good!

I thought it was one of the better romantic comedies I had seen in quite a while.

COLOR=red]OMG that was one of the greatest movies in such a long time. Went with some of my girls to go see it on opening night. It was great for me because I just broke up with my psycho ex and I've been down and this movie made me laugh my butt off. As soon as it comes out on DVD I'm so all over that. The script was some awsome writing. I recomend that you go see it if you havn't. And yes, Matthew McConaughey was very very yummy. :D Still laughing at "Our love fern!!! You let it dieee!!"[/COLOR]

Sorry.

Not that I listen to what everyone says, but I do like to hear what several critics have to say then form an opinion, because 95% of the time I agree with them.

It was completely panned, and most stated the exact same thing I was thinking: formula movie. Same plot we've seen in 20 other movies. So I think I'll sit this one out.

Now it's #1 at the box office. First Kangaroo Jack now this. See the thread that someone started called "Thank you Hollywood" for my opinion on that one. :)

is good date movie?

Starlet 02-10-2003 03:49 AM

Yes, I recommend it as a good date movie. I think I recall one newspaper headlines saying that it's "A great chick flick.... for guys." It was probably one of the better romantic comedies I've seen in awhile, although the ending was obviously predictable.
