Sigma Kappa Expansion

Hey Guys,
I was wondering if anyone has gone through re-colonization or expansion. Some girls from my school, Indiana University, are looking to recoloniza Sigma Kappa. It was one at our school but is now deactivated for reasons we are still trying to find out!

So we are looking for advice and experiences..

Anything would be greatly appreciated!
