URI Colony
 

I recently read in the URI newspaper that Kappa Sigma had started a colony. This is great news and I'm very interested in contacting whoever is running the show over there. If you know anything, drop me a line.

I haven't heard anything about it - I would assume the chapter would be in our district (District I) unless there's some sort of re-districting going on.

It would be cool to have another chapter up here, but I haven't heard anything about it yet.

Ok, I got some info for anyone else who cares:

Colony starts in Spring 2004.

Thats about all I know.

I wonder what they're going to do about District I with the extra colony. They may have to break it up a little, could be interesting.

It will be great to have some new fraternities at URI.....good luck to Kappa Sig!

Just got an email about the expansion to URI.

Although there have been discussions about moving onto campus, nothing is in place. So, at least for the moment, there is no colonization effort to speak of.
