Justice
 

Greetings Bruthas and Othas.

My question concerns Justice. A man I know was falsely accused of rape. He lost everything: his reputation, his family, his job, his scholarship-everything. He served 10 years in prison. During his 10th year, the "victim"-a female, recanted her story. YOU ARE THE JUDGE: WHAT WOULD YOU DO TO SET THIS MAN'S LIFE BACK TOGETHER AFTER TEN YEARS?

Do whatever he asks.

I say that because I have a cousin who was falsely accused of rape. It was later learned that the hoe was lying so he didn't lose 10 years of his life. This was almost 3 years ago. But, because there was a allegation in the first place, many people still think he is guilty.


So, I say, he should be the one to decide what he considers fair repayment.

I feel you on that one, bruh.

The man that was falsely accused needs to get PIZAID!!! And the "victim" needs to take his place in prison.

Being falsely accused of rape and losing part of your life I don't know any way someone can repay you for that. I enjoy everyday of my life and most of all I enjoy the fact that every day is full of choices and opportunity. How would you ever replace that? The only thing that scares me more then the rape senario is those who are falsely accused of murder and sit on death row. The problem is so bad in Illnois the governor suspended the death penalty because so many innocent people came so close to the ultimate injustice. The saddest part is guess what was the color of many of those falsely accused individuals. I'l give you three guesses and the first two don't count.
