Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo – 2003
Well I know I am going to see Alabama; it’s there last performance ever. I still haven’t decided who else to see yet though. I can probably afford to see two more shows since I can get the discounted rate. Anyone else going to go?

Lots of good choices here.......
We'll see if my hubby's job can reserve decent tickets (or if my job does the same.) That's usually how we try to get them. I'm a little too old to camp out outside Reliant's box office. ;) Maybe this is just me but I cringe when I see the "classic rock" artists playing. It's like--Houston Rodeo: Where Old Bands Go to Die. I actually pitied Styx and REO Speedwagon last year. Rockin' Roadhouse looks like the most fun-I love Joe Diffie. Adrienne PNAM - 2003 :) |
Oh, I miss seeing the Houston Rodeo! We went every year when I was a child and I can still remember what it smelled like. I ushered at the Rodeo in the Astrodome with my drill team in high school and got to see Elvis at one performance! I can also remember seeing various TV stars over the years--such as the 4 main characters from Bonanza.

I would LOVE to go and see George and Tim. I doubt I'll be able to make it up for either of their performances, though. My cousin's husband enters the cook off every year and I intend on going up for that. Cook-offs are lots of fun. :)
