Black History Month Programming
HBO is putting out a Documentary Film called "Unchained Memories: Readings From The Slave Narratives" It will have Angela Basset, Michael Boatman, Roscoe Lee Browne, Don Cheadle, Sandra Daley, Ossie Davis, Ruby Dee, Robert Guillaume, Jasmine Guy, Samuel L. Jackson, CCH Pounder, LaTanya Richardson, Ruben Santiago-Hudson, Roger Guenveur Smith, Courtney B. Vance, Vanessa L. Williams, Oprah Winfrey, and Alfre Woodard in it. It premieres Monday, February 10th at 8PM Eastern/7 Central.

Thanks for sharing that bit of information with us. Finally, they are showing some quality programming about African Americans. Unfortunately, it is always just during Black History month and the other eleven months mass media sticks to its usual stereotypical programs about "us." Just keeping it real for you!
