what do u all think are some good ideas for mixers? (ex: mixers that u all have done in the past that you've enjoyed)

We've actually started having our mixers in public places rather than in a house. So far we've gone to a country-western bar that has a karaoke night, to a bowling alley, and to a local bar (because the country-western bar stopped letting people in that were under 21...so half of the chapter couldn't get in :( )

Hmmmm....

Handcuff (stay handcuffed to one person the whole night)

Wedding (chamagne for honeymoon, beer for marriage, and a shot of vodka (I think) to get divorced)

Getting to know you (you have a person with you (drawn by randomness of ID's) and you can't leave the table till the 2 of you finish a six pack)

Marker Mixer (everyone wears a white t-shirt and brings a marker and everyone writes on each others shirt)

Key Seeker (you draw keys out of a box and have to find out who they belong to)

I just went to a Superhero social, but I think it would have been better if it was Superhero and Villians. Another cool one is to come dressed as your favorite actor or actress. Costumes can get pretty funny! :D

Crush Mixer (usually around Valentines' Day)
War Games (we used to do this but we got in trouble--> use water guns)
Trivia (question each other about organizational stuff)

Good Idea
 

Here's an idea. We just recently did it. It was called Cloud 9. Involved Hot Tubs, VIP room, Foam Machine, and a 30 foot high video projection screen that plays music videos. Here is a picture from kinda far away.

The Party lasted about an hour and a half (not very long), but when the police broke it up there was a line forming down the sidewalk. Just an idea for some social chairs. Added bonus: We found lots of women's clothing the nexy day. Proving that at least a few people had a very good time.
