Ditty/Usher song 'I Need a Girl'. Whenever that song comes on I want to shoot myself! Anything with Jay-Z/Ja/Ludacris with another chick--blah!

I've found that his 'latest' one...the acoustic one--Thugz Mansion is it called?--is very soothing especially when stuck in traffic.
