in need of Executive Council retreat/workshop ideas
 

Ok So I was elected our social chair which is apart of E-Council (our exec. board) for the upcoming year and we have our retreat in a week. At this retreat each of us our suposed to bring an activity, mine is bonding activities.
Anyone have any good ideas on a little exercise i could do or any good websites that would help.

If you have the funds for it, a low ropes course would be great. I planned one for our chapter and we learned a lot about each other. Low ropes courses really show what people's hidden talents are. Check with local retreat centers. They may be able to give you an idea of where to start looking.

Thanks for the idea but we did a ropes course last year, and it was really helpful although we didnt discuss much about person issues or problem solving, stress, conflicts or just keeping morale up and that is what this workshop is geared to.

it is meant for RA's but has some good stuff. or places to start at least. mostly are basic ideas, that are affordable, but you can always make it fit your needs, obviously.
