A&E's Arnold
Alright...
I have to do a social study on the American Revolution.... If any you have watched the recent A&E movie on B. Arnold.... Right I have always been taught that he was not only a valiant soldier but that he also let his heart be his guide. I also know that in the US he has been vilified for his "betrayal". Has anyone found this movie in more keeping with the American portrayal or more with the Canadian/British intrepretation? And what is your opionin of the A&E movie? Is it in keeping with your teaching of B. Arnold and his acts? Did they or did they not cover his previous actions before his so-called "betrayal"? I would value any American opinions of this if possible.... Thanks |
